Please answer as freely and as accurately as you can, and please go with your gut feeling as the instrument measures your thinking patterns at a sub conscious level. Relax, as there are no trick questions and please answer all questions with the first thought, gut feeling, as this is normally the right one.

There may be some similarities to other questionnaires you might have taken in the past, but our systems are unique in the way that they take your answers and rank them. Please avoid responding to what you think the role requires and go with what you believe to be the right selection for you.
Please answer as accurately as you can as the results in return will be of greater benefit to you. Don’t over-analyse the statements as the sensitivity of the system will pick this up and we will ask you to take it again.

No Distractions, no phones please, when completing the instrument as again, the system will pick this up. Please complete it in one sitting. It should take between 5 and 15 minutes to complete, depending on how you approach the instrument. There is no right or wrong for a short time versus a longer time to complete, so please just go with the flow of questions.
