You are about to take an assessment based on the scientifically validated and EEOC compliant assessment. It will take about 10 minutes to complete.

What you can expect... You will be asked to rank 2 sets of 18 items/statements. All you have to do is put the BEST, most valuable item/statement at the top and the WORST, most devaluing item/statement at the bottom. Then, sort the rest accordingly until all 18 are in the order you desire.

After you complete the second worksheet, you'll have access to a link to schedule a short appointment with me to put your results into the context of your life and business.

Next, you'll receive your VQ Profile Quick Start Guide via email. It will reveal your most valuable cognitive asset and identify the keys to unlocking your best thinking thus  reducing the negative impact of any cognitive biases (which will also be identified in your report.)
